About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Lead to join our team. As a Power Platform Lead you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will be responsible for managing a team of Power Platform developers and ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
o Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Power Platform developers.
o Design develop and deploy complex Power Apps (Canvas and ModelDriven) to automate business processes.
o Configure and customize Dataverse to meet specific business requirements.
o Develop custom connectors to integrate with external systems and APIs.
o Design and implement robust Power Automate flows to automate workflows and streamline operations.
o Implement security roles and hierarchies to protect sensitive data and control access to Power Platform resources.
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues including exception handling and delegation issues.
o Optimize Power Platform solutions for performance and scalability.
o Stay uptodate with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
Team Management:
o Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
o Assign tasks and manage project timelines.
o Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
o Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Project Management:
o Define project scope goals and deliverables.
o Manage project timelines and budgets.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
o Conduct regular project status reviews and report progress to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong proficiency in Power Platform components: Power Apps (Canvas and ModelDriven) Power Automate and Data verse.
Experience in designing and developing complex Power Apps with custom connectors and integrations.
Deep understanding of Power Automate workflows including error handling and exception management.
Expertise in SQL including writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
Strong understanding of Power Platform security roles and hierarchies.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance and delegation issues.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
Good to have Knowledge of AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents.
Good to have Experience with Power BI.
