JOB TITLE: FFTFC OnCall Therapist
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Perdiem
SCHEDULED HOURS: On call after hours and weekends rotating weeks. Some inperson response may be required

Functional Family Therapy Foster Care (FFTFC) is an evidencebased inhome clinical intervention with a relational focus on the family unit for DCFinvolved children. In addition to clinical treatment FFTFC also offers corresponding case management services with a Family Specialist. Birth Families and Foster Families are the primary unit of intervention. FFTFC is built on the core FFT model; it is completed with the foster family and moves to your working with the birth family when the youth is preparing for reunification and after.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides crisis assessment and intervention to monitor status of clients in crisis.
- Demonstrates competency in age related or specialty issues and developmental needs for each population served.
- Determines appropriate treatment services for assigned clients to assist them in staying in the community and resuming occupational educational and/or leisure activities.
- Documents ongoing client progress and outcomes
- Maintains collaborative relationships with family members and other service providers.
- Responsible for Maintaining Client and Staff Records According to Agency Policy
- Transports clients when necessary using agency vehicle and/or personal vehicle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Masters Degree in mental health field
Experience: Demonstrated indepth knowledge and experience as a psychotherapist working with people with mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders. Demonstrated training and experience in all aspects of mental health treatment assessment evaluation and provision of individual and family therapy. Relevant experience to program model to which individual is assigned.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: LCSW LMFT LPC or Licensed as Clinical Psychologist in State of CT preferred. LMSW LMFTA or LPCA required.

COMPENSATION*:
$150 per week $200 for per week for holiday or $250 per week for major holiday plus $40.00/hr for facetoface services
*Our per diem and fee for service positions offer a flat hourly rate.
