AgRevolution is looking for a Regional Sales Representative for the Harrisburg Illinois area. This position will professionally manage an assigned territory order to aggressively market products represented by AgRevolution to achieve sales profit and market share objectives while maintaining customer relations.

Your Impact

  • Cover assigned territory by traveling to existing and potential customer locations to conduct sales calls meetings surveys equipment inspections and demonstrations problemsolving while achieving sales volume profit and market share objectives.
  • Assist customers with equipment recommendations financial analysis and problemsolving by furnishing technical and production analysis assistance utilizing performance specifications technical literature computer programs and industry experience etc.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on products applications industry selling skills and product support to enhance and achieve required sales performance.
  • Participate in sales meetings and attend companyrepresented product and market training as scheduled.
  • Participate in trade and industry association functions; accurately maintain and submit all required sales and other documentation.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing Business or other related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 Years experience in Sales preferably in large equipment or AG equipment sales
  • Experience using computers spreadsheets word processing programs
  • Demonstrated experience growing and developing sales and market share within a broad territory or within a broad product line.
