The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced B2B Enterprise marketer with a proactive selfstarter mentality has attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and grow in the ABM space.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and Execute ABM Campaigns: Plan and implement accountbased marketing (ABM) campaigns focused on engaging highvalue target accounts at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Campaign Strategy & Implementation: Collaborate with sales and marketing to create tailored ABM strategies that align with broader marketing and sales goals. Execute multichannel campaigns using email content paid media events and personalized outreach.
  • Account Segmentation & Targeting: Use data and insights to identify key target accounts account segments and verticals. Work on customizing marketing approaches for each segment to deliver value and drive engagement.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales content product marketing events marketing ops digital advertising and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and of campaigns that resonate with target accounts.
  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Monitor measure and report on campaign performance and how it impacts pipeline generation
  • Content and Asset Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage campaign assets including personalized content landing pages and other marketing materials ensuring alignment with ABM strategies.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple ABM initiatives concurrently ensuring they are completed on time within scope and delivering measurable business results.

About You

  • 68 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 23 years focused on accountbased marketing.
  • Proven experience managing ABM campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue particularly within complex B2B environments.
  • Strong familiarity with ABM tools and platforms (e.g. Demandbase 6sense RollWorks) and experience leveraging these technologies to optimize targeting and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams especially sales content and creative teams.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives timelines and priorities in a fastpaced environment.

The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $119250 $145750 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidates skills qualifications and experience.
