Job Description
NorthPoint Aviation is invested in growing our employees and are always looking for qualified Airframe and Powerplant technicians to join our team. If youre interested in learning more about us please apply! Willing to train personnel to perform job duties listed below.
- Perform work specified on the shoporder with efficiency and in accordance with the Repair Station specifications.
- Testcomponents and systems using diagnostic tools and specialequipment.
- Diagnose maintain and repairsystems including engine propeller electricalcontrol systems wheelsbrakes interior etc.
- Communicate directly with senior personnelso that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer and Repair Station specifications.
- Airframe and Power Plant License required.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
- Must complete a preemploymentDOT drug test.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dexterity requiring a steady hand excellent handeye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer competencies
- Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
