The Service Desk Team provides customer service on Level 1 via telephone or email from our office nearby Stockholm (Sdertlje). The first step is to analyze the issue on a detailed level and try to solve it otherwise it will be passed on to 2nd level. Other tasks include automation projects assisting the Account Management etc.

Your responsibilities as Service Desk Front Office Engineer SCALAR (m/f/d)

  • You will be the firstline support to provide technical support to customers field engineers technicians
  • Provide support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature
  • Reporting design reliability and maintenance problems or bugs
  • Supporting remotely customer installations

Your Profile as Service Desk Front Office Engineer SCALAR (m/f/d)

  • Bachelors degree in IT or equal experience; we also welcome applications from junior candidates
  • Experience in a Helpdesk / Customer Service Desk role is desirable
  • Experience in the transport or logistics domain is preferred
  • Knowledge of hardware and software; Good communication skills and a customer and serviceoriented approach
  • Strong customer focus paired with solution orientation analytical skills and resistance to stress
  • Passion for perfect customer service and Team player
  • Fluent in Swedish and English language both written and spoken additional Nordic languages will be a plus
