Apartner clinic in Citrus Heights CA is currently seeking a fulltime Associate Veterinarian to join their dynamic team. This practice offers a collaborative supportive work environment with a strong commitment to patient care and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in small animal practice and a passion for providing exceptional care to pets in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive medical care including diagnostics treatments and preventive health measures for animals.
- Surgical Procedures: Perform surgeries including routine and emergency procedures.
- Client Communication: Educate clients on pet care treatment plans and preventative measures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a team of veterinarians and support staff to deliver the highest standard of care.
Ideal Candidate:
- DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in California.
- Clinical experience in a veterinary setting with a range of medical and surgical skills.
- A passion for client education and building strong relationships with pet owners.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
