Nursery Practitioner Level 2 or 3

Salary: Up to 26000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
FullTime 40 hours per week

Are you a passionate and dedicated childcare professional looking to join a warm and nurturing team Our clients Ofstedrated Good nursery provides children with an excellent start through highquality delivery of the Early Years Curriculum. With engaging activities stateoftheart facilities and a supportive team this role offers a rewarding opportunity to help children learn play and grow.


As a Nursery Practitioner you will work closely with children to provide a safe stimulating and nurturing environment. Youll support their development through creative play and planned learning activities ensuring they are prepared for school and life. Youll be part of a friendly caring team that values every childs unique potential.

What were looking for

  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in an early years or childcare setting.
  • A warm caring and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a variety of exciting ageappropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Curriculum.
  • Build positive relationships with children parents and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Monitor and record childrens progress ensuring individual needs are met through tailored learning plans.
  • Promote important social skills encouraging collaboration communication and confidence.
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment ensuring all resources and facilities are used effectively.
  • Support the team in achieving and maintaining high standards contributing to the nurserys success.
