Job Description
Zm is calling for talent to join our team of passionate people who are transforming student transportation. As a school bus attendantat Zm you will play a crucial role in ensuring student safety and maintaining a positive environment during school transportation. School bus attendantsmust be patient attentive and able to manage student behavior while supporting the bus drivers focus on safe vehicle operation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus safely
- Monitor student behavior and maintain order during transit
- Support students with special needs including operating wheelchair lifts
- Assist with emergency evacuations and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with drivers parents and school staff
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18years
- Valid drivers license/work authorization
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background checks and drug test
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
- Experience working with children (preferred)
