Senior Private Client Solicitor 4 PQE Brighton
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Senior Legal Executive to join a leading law firm located in Brighton and Hove.
This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the Private Client team. You will be responsible for running your own case load and reporting to the lead in the team with the strong possibilty of becoming the Lead after a short interval. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to have a deep understanding of this area of work.
The role will include drafting Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust dealing with Trust administration and the administration of estates as well as providing tax advice to a range of clients. You will have direct client contract and will be responsible for managing your client relationships.
