Job Description
We are looking for a fulltime Shipping Coordinator to join our growing pharmacy team. Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager the Shipping Coordinator will manage packaging and shipping operations for our Ontario location and perform key administrative duties. The Shipping Coordinator will package and label orders manage packing supplies and handle shipping questions alongside our customer support team.
Responsibilities:
Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labeling of prescriptions in preparation for daily pickup by courier at scheduled time
Keep record of all shipping supplies and promotional materials and reorder supplies as needed
Provide tracking updates to users and act as a point of contact for managing returned packages and resolving transit delays.
Maintain a communication bridge with the customer service team and escalate issues when necessary
Other administrative and clerical work and adhoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma GED or equivalent
Remarkable attention to detail as it relates to packaging and labelling inventory management and quality control
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Exhibit a high level of flexibility and adaptability
Respect for Health & Safety procedures and protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues
Fluent in English
