Dave Cross Buick GMC is seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Associate to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations within our organization. You will be responsible for various tasks including order fulfillment inventory control and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in automotive service and repair.
Responsibilities
- Manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist with automotive service tasks including vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate inventory control to prevent stock discrepancies.
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the team with data entry and reporting using Excel.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members; multilingual skills are a plus.
Requirements
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or inventory control is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair practices is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using POS systems
