A partner clinic located in beautiful Sarasota FL is seeking a passionate and skilled FullTime Associate Veterinarian to join their dynamic team. Situated close to miles of stunning beaches and surrounded by beautiful parks and biking paths this clinic offers an incredible opportunity to live and work in one of Floridas most desirable locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Care: Perform physical exams diagnostic tests surgeries (including speciesspecific cases) and dentistry.
- Treatment Plans: Develop and implement customized treatment plans for small animals and exotic pets.
- Client Education: Consult with clients on their pets health preventive care and treatment options.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated multidoctor team fostering a collaborative approach to animal care.
- Community Involvement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the Sarasota community.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize stateoftheart diagnostic tools including digital radiographs ultrasound and echocardiography.
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: DVM/VMD degree from an AVMAaccredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
- Licensing: Active license to practice in Florida (or the ability to obtain a license in the state).
- Experience: Open to veterinarians of all experience levels. Previous experience with exotic pets and speciesspecific care is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills a passion for learning and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
