Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Parts Accessory and Clothing Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorsports and a strong desire to provide outstanding service to our customers. This role involves assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the right parts accessories and apparel to enhance their riding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide expert advice on parts accessories and clothing to meet customer needs.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory including receiving stocking and organizing merchandise.
- Ensure the showroom is clean organized and visually appealing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience preferably in the motorsports or automotive industry.
- Strong Knowledge of powersports and related parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Proficient in using pointofsale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
- Passion for motorsports and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
