Job Description

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) PT 3rd Shift Hillcrest

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable parttime Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our Hillcrest campus and provide highquality care to our residents. The CNA will assist with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and medication management and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that residents receive the best possible care. The successful CNA will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Assist with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and hygiene assistance
  • Monitor residents vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
  • Assist with medication management and administration as directed by a healthcare professional
  • Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Current CNA license
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility as needed
  • Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedule
