- Candidate may work remotely adhoc when not attending client consultations or team meetings
- May qualify for paid attendance and travel to annual company convention in Cabo Mexico
- Company car for work appointments (insurance and gas covered by company)
- Go out to clients homes and meet with them regarding their flooring project
- Follow our Sales System using our tablet laptop and software (nonnegotiable)
- Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests
- Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
- Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothly
- Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
- Engage in ongoing training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)
Structure: The position is offered as a contract role for 120 days with option to hire as a full time employee with benefits.
first 30 days: hourly pay training bonus
days 31 to 120: 7 to 10 commission on sales
120 days: option to become effective hire with salary commission structure
