Ihre Aufgaben
- EDVBearbeitung von Stammdaten Rezepturen und der Datengenerierung
- Untersttzung der Produktionsleitung in administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Koordinierung von Terminen Organisation von Besprechungen und Verwaltung von Wiedervorlagen
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Erstellen von Prsentationen und Statistiken
- Organisation Materialverwaltung und bestellungen
- Verwaltung und Organisation von Schulungen fr Mitarbeitende
- Organisation und Verwaltung des Onboarding Prozesses neuer Produktionsmitarbeitenden
- Mitarbeit bei organisatorischen Projekten
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Flieende Deutschkenntnisse Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Souverner Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP S4 Hana
- Fhigkeit zum selbstndigen strukturierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
- Starke Kommunikations und Organisationsfhigkeit
