We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Care Coordination Manager to lead and manage a dedicated team of 810 care coordinators at our Williamsburg office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless staffing of home care cases providing permanent caregiver placements for our 8000 patients and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in home care staffing coordination and supervisory experience. You will work closely with directors and oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficient team performance and optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 810 coordinators ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
- Manage the staffing process to guarantee permanent caregiver placements for all cases.
- Monitor team performance provide coaching and address challenges promptly.
- Elevate staffing challenges and solutions to directors when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with company standards and ensure patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home care staffing coordination (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
