Role purpose
The Maintenance Manager has accountabilitiesfor all aspects of Maintenance at the site. This includes driving the sites Journey to Excellence (J2E) ensuring safe personal and team behaviors performance and compliance with all outlined safety and food safety procedures and protocols. Additionally leading motivating and developing a proactive team of maintenance professionals that optimize the reliability and lifecycle of all operational assets is essential. The position is under direction of the Plant Manager/Director of Operations.

As a Maintenance Manager the incumbent is responsible for:
Performance measures
The incumbent will be measured against site EHS Quality Production Reliability and Leadership goals.
Tate & Lyle complies with all local/state regulations requiring salary range transparency.
When determining final compensation we take into consideration: skillset job scope knowledge prior experience cost of living market data budget availability and other factors as permitted by law.
The pay range for this position is:$78600 $108100.
