Position Overview
Join Our Team as Director Platform & Data Security

We are seeking an experienced and handson security engineering leader to usher our Platform and Data Security initiatives. This leader will play a critical role in designing implementing and maintaining our organizations data security strategy along with endpoint and email security. This position requires strong leadership abilities technical expertise and a deep understanding of security principles. This role will be responsible for designing building and maintaining critical security infrastructure and solutions to protect our organizations data devices and email systems. As a key member of the security leadership team you will play a crucial role in maintaining a securityfirst culture aligning security efforts with business goals and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
What Youll Bring to Zelis
Required Experience:
12 of experience in Information Security with a focus on data security
Experience leading a hybrid team of 5 or more direct reports in a player/coach capacity
Experience mentoring and growing a securityfocused team while driving the strategy and of our data security roadmap
Significant experience designing and implementing data security strategy and
Experience designing and implementing email and endpoint security solutions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and business stakeholders to align security initiatives with business requirements
Stay up to date with emerging threats technologies and industry trends related to data security endpoint protection and email security
Preferred Experience:
Bachelors degree
Experience managing an Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) solution
Understanding of network security concepts such as nextgen firewalls and segmentation strategy and approaches
Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST ISO 27001 CIS and how they impact business decisions
