HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
We have created a hybrid work model that helps us get together to Collaborate Celebrate and Connect while enjoying the flexibility of working where it makes sense for you.
For this roles duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will come into the office one to two times per month and travel 2550 of the time.

- Create & Execute a Winning Franchise Marketing Strategy: Develop a compelling businessinabox narrative highlighting the value of our Shack Shine franchise opportunity and generating qualified leads in targeted markets and buyer personas.
- Target Key Markets & Buyer Personas: Identify highgrowth areas and ideal candidates to ensure focused marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
- Leverage Your Network: Build relationships with entrepreneurs investors and influencers to generate referrals and expand the reach of our Shack Shine franchise opportunities.
- Drive Lead Generation: Use innovative marketing tacticsPR earned media social media events and partnershipsto build brand awareness and attract toptier franchisees.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales processfrom lead qualification to closing dealsensuring a smooth positive experience for potential franchisees.
- Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass annual sales goals focusing on building cohorts of franchisees rather than individual deals.
- Craft an Engaging Franchisee Journey: Design a seamless and informative experience for prospects from initial contact through discovery day highlighting our brands value and support.
- Champion the Brand: As a brand ambassador clearly communicate our vision values and culture to prospective franchisees.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with marketing operations and training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and longterm franchisee success.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Research industry trends and competitors to keep our Shack Shine franchise offerings competitive and relevant.
- Refine the Sales Process: Analyze data and gather feedback to improve and optimize the franchise sales experience.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Proven track record: 5 years of experience in a startup environment product marketing franchise sales or a related field with a demonstrated ability to drive growth achieve targets and exceed sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills: Ability to craft compelling narratives articulate value propositions and build rapport with potential franchisees.
- Marketing expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing content marketing public relations and social media strategies.
- Strong sales acumen: Ability to qualify leads manage the sales process negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Selfmotivated resultsoriented and passionate about building brands.
- Excellent networking skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Annual Salary is $100000 plus commission (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education experience and internal parity).
