Job Title: Drivers Education Instructor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Drivers Education Instructor to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of road safety possess excellent communication skills and be committed to fostering responsible driving habits among learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behindthewheel instruction for driver education students.
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative lessons that align with state curriculum standards.
- Provide personalized instruction to meet the unique needs of individual learners.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to ensure students not only meet minimum standards but develop a comprehensive understanding of road safety.
- Administer and evaluate driving tests in accordance with state regulations.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Qualifications:
Valid Ohio Drivers Education Instructor Certification.
FBI/BCI report no older than 90 days
Physical no older than one year
Proven experience as a Drivers Education Instructor.
Strong knowledge of state driving laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Patient and supportive demeanor with a commitment to promoting safe driving habits.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
Experience working with diverse student populations.
Familiarity with local demographics and driving challenges in Columbiana Jefferson and Harrison Counties.
