Job Description
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an Electrical Lead for commercial projects in the Tampa Bay FL area
- PAY: $29$32/hour (based upon experience)
- HOURS: Shifts will be 8hour workdays 5 days per week (possible Overtime)
- SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday Friday; 7:00 am4:00 pm
- START DATE: ASAP
- Duration: temp to permanent
Electrical Lead Job Description:
We are looking for an electrical lead man capable of running a crew and assisting with bending and running conduit pulling wire and installing light fixtures. Must be able to wire panels terminate and troubleshoot.
Qualifications for Electrical Lead:
- 3 years of electrical lead man experience in a commercial setting.
- Assist the Foreman in supervising and directing electricians
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Ensure proper installation of electrical systems per NEC codes
- Assign tasks monitor progress and maintain job site efficiency
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
- Uphold safety standards and company policies
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Experience with conduit bending wiring and troubleshooting
- Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing crouching twisting upper body working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must have PPE including steel toe work boots hard hat gloves high visibility vest and protective eyeglasses.
- Must have standard electrical hand tools.
Additional Requirements for Electrical lead:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
