Family Medicine Physician (FP) Substance Abuse Disorder (SUD)
A Family Medicine Physician (FP) with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) experience is needed in Naples FL with a wellestablished healthcare organization that continues to serve their patients with exceptional care.

Responsibilities
- Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Screen and Treat Patients with Substance Use Disorders
- Collaborating with Specialists for Comprehensive Care
- 1820 Patients Per Day.
- Limited Call (phone only by rotation)
Requirements
- Clear and active medical license (MD DO) in Florida
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- 2 Years of Substance Use Disorder Experience
