ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.

Location: Muncie IN 47302
Type: Fulltime Parttime or PRN (Home Care and Senior Living Communities)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our expanding team in the Muncie IN area. This flexible position offers opportunities to work part house calls and part Senior Living Communities (SLC). This role allows for fulltime parttime or PRN work with a minimum requirement of 18 hours per week of direct patient care.

- Care Setting: A mix of house calls and care in Senior Living Communities (SLC) billed as Medicare Part B
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide communitybased outpatient services (Medicare Part B) in homes and Senior Living Communities.
- Deliver 1on1 direct patient care to a wellbalanced caseload of geriatric patients.
- Ensure regular weekly availability with flexible hours based on your preferences.

Job Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent) degree
- Eligibility for Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Availability to work a minimum of 18 hours per week
