The Opportunity
The Technical Product Marketing Manager at Archive360 will serve as a critical link between our product capabilities and our gotomarket strategy. In this highly strategic and handson role youll translate complex technical features into business value propositions develop compelling messaging and enablement content and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support product launches adoption and revenue growth.

You have deep technical acumen and can effectively bridge the gap between engineering product and customerfacing teams. You excel at distilling technical concepts into clear concise and compelling messaging for enterprise buyers. You thrive in a fastpaced environment take initiative and are comfortable collaborating across teams to bring technical depth and strategic thinking to product marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Product Positioning and Messaging
  • Define and communicate clear technically grounded product positioning and messaging that resonate with enterprise IT and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate technical product features into business value propositions aligned with Archive360s mission and enterprise customer needs.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure messaging reflects the current and future state of the product.
  • Thought Leadership: Support Archive360 speakers with content for webinars conferences and other industry events to increase awareness of our brand and establish thought leadership

Technical Content Strategy and Creation
  • Create and manage technical sales enablement tools including detailed product guides architecture diagrams whitepapers and technical solution briefs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling content for various digital channels such as blog posts videos and webinars.
  • Support field teams with technical messaging for use in customer conversations and RFPs.
  • Develop and coordinate content for Sales Kick off Meetings and other large organizational events.
  • Support sales team with training content
Technical Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Analyze industry trends competitive technologies and technical buyer personas to support differentiated product positioning.
  • Provide actionable insights to influence product roadmap and marketing strategy.

Crossfunctional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Management to ensure technical accuracy and relevance in all marketing deliverables.
  • Support Sales Engineering and Solution Architects with content and training materials that align with the technical evaluation process of enterprise customers.
Qualifications
Experience:
  • 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 3 years focused on technical product marketing or technical presales roles.
  • Proven success in launching technical SaaS products or features to enterprise audiences.
  • Experience with data governance analytics cybersecurity or information management solutions is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong technical writing and storytelling skills that engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to grasp complex product architectures and distill key messages for different stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in crossfunctional teams with Product Engineering Sales and Marketing.
Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and enterprise IT buyer expectations.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures (e.g. Azure AWS) data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive detailoriented and selfmotivated.
