Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  1. Can handle and initiate the Business Development Department.

  2. Client communication.

  3. Understanding the project requirements.

  4. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

  5. Keep prospective client database updated.

  6. Make cold calls for new business leads.

  7. Support in writing new business proposals.

  8. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.

  9. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.

  10. Experience with bidding on freelancing sites required (mainly Upwork) plus any others.

Requirements:

  1. Good communication skills (written and oral).

  2. Confidence in exploring and learning new things as per the need of the hour.

  3. Must have good negotiation skills

  4. Must be able to create good presentations

  5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills

  6. Must be detailoriented and an active listener

  7. Ability to work under pressure

Working Specifications:

  1. Should have handson experience in communicating to international clients (the US mostly).

  2. Flexible to work during early morning India time (Evening US time).

  3. Flexible to work during late evenings India time (Morning US time).

  4. Complete working as per US hours is not required.

  5. Should be flexible to work as per clients requirement.
