Job Description
Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges and optimizing systems Do you have experience with ERP and PLM solutions and thrive in a crossfunctional environment If so we want you on our team as an IT Business Analyst Shared Technical Services!
As an IT Business Analyst for Shared Technical Services you will collaborate closely with business counterparts to address ERP and PLM challenges. You will be responsible for defining and documenting internal customer requirements partnering with IT to develop viable solutions thoroughly testing implementations and training internal stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Gather data and analyze business and user needs.
- Identify and resolve complex business problems while providing strategic recommendations.
- Conduct postproject evaluations and document solutions according to IT standards.
- Train crossfunctional teams on new systems and processes.
- Manage and oversee issue resolution affecting service to customers suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Act as an escalation point for users ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead meetings with department leads to prioritize critical issues and provide status updates.
- Develop and coordinate ERP/PLM system training with department leads and business process owners.
- Create and maintain documentation to support system implementations.
- Manage testing implementation of changes and periodic maintenance releases.
- Collaborate with IT on workflow development and security role changes.
- Evaluate business processes to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes to develop optimization strategies.
- Promote the adoption of best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Develop working relationships with vendors for ongoing support upgrades and maintenance of production applications and technology.
