Summary of Position
The newsroom support/customer service desk is seeking someone to assist Newsday customers and nonsubscribers with daytoday questions by phone through email and in person. The successful candidate will collaborate with newsroom employees across all platforms assisting them with a variety of requests. The position is part time 21 hours per week.
