MAINTENANCE PLANNER SCHEDULER
LOCATION: ARVIN CA.

Work closely with inventory groups to coordinate the parts kitting process and assign work assignments for shop and field mechanics. Build PM work order tasks and intervals that match or exceed OEM requirements. Audit and track preventative maintenance completion data to meet or exceed the company required goals and expectations. What you will need:
- Two years experience working in a Fleet Maintenance Planning and Scheduling role and/or minimum of 5 years experience working as a Fleet Equipment Maintenance Technician.
- Be selfmotivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Have a strong critical thinking oral and written communication skills be approachable and tactful.
- Ability to confidently interact and work with Management cross functional teams and vendors.
- Be organized detail oriented ability to mutitask and track multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize jobs recognize resource conflicts and achieve practical solutions using sound judgement and common sense.
- Ability to work weekends
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Valid Drivers License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass preplacement drug screen physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Prior experience using or modeling OEM and /or internal p/m procedures job plans and process guides.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of how to develop daily job plans that accurately estimate labor hours materials and skill sets required for each job task.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook etc.

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
