Administrative Assistant PACT
Riverside Community Care is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join our Program of Assertive Community Treatment.
PACT is an evidencebased model of providing comprehensive recovery oriented mental health services to people living with the experience of serious mental illness who may also have substance use problems and/or involvement with the criminal justice system. PACT services are highly individualized and are delivered by a mobile community based multidisciplinary team of highly dedicated staff who work with people to meet their unique rehabilitation needs improve functioning and enhance their roles within the community.
As an Administrative Assistant you will coordinate all nonclinical program operations including:
Operating and coordinating information management systems
Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper medical records
Creating billing insurance and accounting reports and budget records
Leading/organizing each morning meeting; taking notes and updating contact sheets
Answering phones and triaging calls to coordinate communication between the team and persons served
Providing additional inperson support to coordinate program and person served needs in addition to scheduling appointments between persons served and the teams psychiatric prescriber(s)
Facilitating person served transportation to appointments via ridesharing apps
Schedule:Full Time 40 hours
Pay Rate:$21.37/hourly
