Job Description
Hilbish Ford is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Line Technician to join our team. The Line Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in a variety of vehicles primarily Ford ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise excellent problemsolving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional automotive service.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Diagnose repair and maintain vehicles with precision and efficiency.
- Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs including engine overhauls transmission repairs and advanced diagnostics.
- Ensure that repairs meet Fords stringent quality standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Stay updated on the latest Ford technology and service procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and solutions.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience as an auto technician minimum of two years
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Fast eager learner and team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Clean driving record & valid drivers license
- Must pass preemployment background screenings
