Job Description

Hilbish Ford is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Line Technician to join our team. The Line Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in a variety of vehicles primarily Ford ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise excellent problemsolving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional automotive service.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Diagnose repair and maintain vehicles with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs including engine overhauls transmission repairs and advanced diagnostics.
  • Ensure that repairs meet Fords stringent quality standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians.
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest Ford technology and service procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and solutions.

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience as an auto technician minimum of two years
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Fast eager learner and team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Clean driving record & valid drivers license
  • Must pass preemployment background screenings
