Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker is needed in Safford AZ.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family counseling therapy and crisis intervention
- Assess emotional and behavioral issues developing and implementing treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to support patient wellbeing
- Evaluate patients for appropriate community service needs or placement
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Offer coaching and support to patients managing health conditions
- Facilitate positive behavioral changes through evidencebased therapy
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in Arizona
- At least one year of recent social work experience preferably in a healthcare setting
- Current CPR certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
- Arizona Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card (or application upon hire)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift carry pull and push up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Five years of professional clinical experience
- Knowledge of medical coding processes
- Familiarity with Meditech or similar EMR systems
