Summary:
GEICOs Infrastructure and Capacity Planning is seeking an experienced Senior TPM who are passionate in driving business critical strategic programs across several workstreams and stakeholders. This is a newly created organization with a deep focus to enable optimal cloud capacity for all application teams to run enterprisewide products. Our workloads are spread between Onprem Azure and AWS and you will have exciting opportunities to solve complex problems in Hybridcloud model. Our Senior TPM is a technical leader will work across the organization to provide a seamless experience for our customers by enabling right capacity at right time and right cost. Our team thrives and succeeds in delivering highquality technology products and services in a hypergrowth environment where priorities shift quickly. The ideal candidate has broad and deep technical knowledge & experience to improve cloud capacity planning cost efficiency supply chain logistics contracts management and leverage engineering solutions to solve operational problems.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior manager you will:
Partner with key stakeholders from Capacity Planning IaaS PaaS Performance & Reliability and others to understand program requirements ensure alignment and influence teams to deliver against the project plans.
Partner with key stakeholders to develop and monitor detailed endtoend cloud infrastructure project plans across datacenter operations supply chain logistics planning tooling and contracts management.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status risks and mitigation strategies.
Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in project/program management with a focus on private / public cloud computing or hyperscale datacenter infrastructure providers.
Proven track record of successfully managing largescale complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools (ADO) and best practices.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Supply Chain or equivalent education or work experience.
Annual Salary
$130000.00 $260000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role the selected candidates work experience education and training the work location as well as market and business considerations.
