Are you an experienced Parts Advisor ready to take your career to the next level Brad Deery Motors is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role youll provide vehicle parts and accessories to our service technicians and retail customers while delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating your expertise in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver toptier service to all customers vendors and team members.
- Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items to enhance their service experience.
- Answer and return parts counter phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate parts pricing and availability information to Advisors and Technicians in a timely manner.
- Process and fulfill technician parts orders efficiently to support smooth service operations.
- Leverage superior product knowledge to assist customers advisors and technicians effectively.
- Assist with inventory management and maintain proper storage of parts.
- Ensure the cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter work area and stockroom.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience as a Parts Advisor is required preferably in an automotive dealership setting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive components and systems is essential.
- Customer Service Skills: A team player with a focus on providing exemplary customer service.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced work environment.
- Organizational Skills: Highly detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and parts management systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
