Job Description
The company is a privately held manufacturer of high performance green engineered building products. Due to significant growth they have asked our team to identify a topgrade Maintenance Manager for their plant in the Charleston IL area.
A qualified candidate will have:
- Two 2 plus years of experience in a maintenance manager/supervisor role in a manufacturing environment
- Four 4 plus years of experience with electrical systems electronics hydraulics and pneumatics
- Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers
- Experience maintaining a spare parts inventory
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Polyiso/Polyurethane foam production experience would be a plus
