You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Summary:The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an organization. They drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager collaborates with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and design to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer needs.
Campaign Management:Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital social media traditional etc.. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the organizations brand through consistent messaging and creative assets. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials.
Content Development:Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for various platforms. Collaborate with content creators copywriters and designers to produce highquality materials.
Digital Marketing:Manage digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social media email marketing and online advertising. Stay informed about digital marketing trends and implement best practices. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively. Monitor expenses and ensure costeffectiveness in marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership:Lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing activities. Prepare regular reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. A Masters degree is often preferred. Experience: Proven experience in marketing with a track record of successful campaigns. Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Skills:Strong analytical strategic planning and problemsolving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Leadership and team management capabilities.
