College to Corporate Information Technology Internship (C2C IT)
Be at the heart of our revolutionary investment philosophy when you join our 10week paid internship. Vanguards College to Corporate Internship Program is an immersive handson experience at one of the worlds leading investment firms. Extensive training realworld experience handson opportunities and mentorship from professionals will all aid in broadening your technical expertise. Youll receive exposure to the software life cycle and positively impact our clients through exciting assignments. Participants will focus on one of four tracks: Application Development Investment Systems Technology Operations or Risk & Security (Analyst or Engineer).
Technology Leadership Program (TLP)
The Technology Leadership Program (TLP) is a twoyear rotational development program available to graduating college seniors who are ready to enter the business world and eager to develop their technical expertise while building their leadership skills. The program consists of three high visibility eightmonth rotations across different IT departments in Vanguard. You will have the opportunity to gain technical certifications leadership development and education through these carefully curated rotation alignments as well as mentorship from your program managers and business leaders. Data Analyst Advanced Development Program full time & internship opportunities
The Data & Analytics Advanced Development Program will provide an opportunity to collaborate alongside a team of premier data analysts and leaders and influence outcomes for over thirty million clients. Through handson involvement with critical work happening across Vanguard equipped with the tools and resources to succeed you will be positioned for a successful career within data & analytics.
Rotate through three 8month assignments to ensure a comprehensive and wellrounded experience in preparation for a career in data & analytics
Develop technical skills through carefully curated meaningful complex project assignments
Receive mentorship from program managers business leaders and fellow Vanguard crew members.
What it takes
An undergraduate degree. We look for majors in data and analytics statistics math computer science as well as those pivoting towards a career path within data and analytics
Data Scientist Advanced Development Program full time & internship opportunities
The Data Science Advanced Development Program will provide an opportunity to collaborate alongside a team of bestinclass data scientists and leaders and influence outcomes for over thirty million clients. Through handson involvement with critical work happening across Vanguard equipped with the tools and resources to succeed you will be positioned to grow as an expert in data science.
Rotate through three 6month assignments to ensure a comprehensive and wellrounded experience in preparation for a career in data science
Develop technical skills through carefully curated critical relevant project assignments
Receive mentorship from program managers business leaders and fellow Vanguard crew members
What it takes
An undergraduate degree and graduate studies aligned to Analytics Applied Mathematics Economics Statistics or related analytical field of study or equivalent combination of training and experience
2 years of relevant internship or work experience
