Compensation:
- Competitive Pay: $16.00 $22.50 per hour based on experience and shift type.

Your Role as a Caregiver:
As a caregiver with Griswold Home Care no certification is required to get startedjust a compassionate heart and a desire to make a difference! You will assist clients with their daily living activities while helping them remain comfortable in their own homes. Heres a glimpse of what youll do:
- Companionship & Support: Offer companionship and emotional support to elderly clients.
- Assist with Daily Living Activities (ADLs): Help clients with grooming bathing dressing and mobility.
- Light Housekeeping: Ensure a safe and clean environment by assisting with household tasks like laundry meal prep and cleaning.
- Monitor Client Health: Pay attention to changes in your clients health or behavior and report to the care team as needed.
- Personalized Care: Follow the personalized care plan for each client and help maintain accurate daily records.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
What Were Looking For:
- Compassionate Personality: A caring attitude and a passion for helping others are essential.
- Reliable Transportation: Youll need a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to reach clients.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends or evenings is preferred.
- Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Experience caring for a family member loved one or in a professional capacity is a plus but we provide training for those just starting in the field.
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with clients families and care teams.
