Dana Australia supplies driveline components for the Commercial Vehicle Light Vehicle and the OffHighway market. With growth within the business the company has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor (Part Time) to join the team.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR Operations your responsibilities include:
- Support end to end recruitment process.
- Facilitate the annual performance assessment process including training key personnel.
- Provide advice to managers on employee and industrial relations matters.
- Develop implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Dana s HRIS and other information systems that relate to Human Resources.
- Manage the system administration for our recruitment onboarding performance elearning and offboarding platforms.
- Coordinate reward and recognition programs and initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate Diversity Equity and Inclusion programs across the region.
The successful candidate
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- HR certification or relevant degree advantageous.
- Demonstrated HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Reliable trustworthy and hardworking disposition
