About the Team:

Our newly formed Operational Readiness Team is dedicated to ensuring that all operational processes systems and resources are fully prepared for the launch of our digital products. We place a strong emphasis on customercentricity making sure that all operational outcomes align with the needs and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.

What you can look forward to as Senior Project Manager Operational Readiness:

Project Planning & : We develop detailed project plans including scope timeline resources and deliverables ensuring clear milestones and deadlines. We lead the planning and delivery of projects that enhance operational readiness ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic objectives.
Process Improvement and Documentation: We develop and standardize the O2C process design methodology framework coordinating with business stakeholders on design rollout contingency plans engagement and continuous improvement. We identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the operational setup and maintain thorough documentation of readiness processes and lessons learned for future projects.
Change Management: We design and implement change management strategies to support teams in adapting to new processes and technologies. We establish and optimize processes for customer support readiness distribution management warranty handling and partner/supplier onboarding.
CrossFunctional Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement: We collaborate with internal departments such as Product Sales Customer Service Legal Corporate IT and Finance to ensure seamless of operational readiness projects. We maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders ensuring alignment and timely updates on project status risks and issues.

Your Profile as Senior Project Manager Operational Readiness:

University degree in Business Administration Project Management Economics or similar fields.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a focus on operational readiness process improvement or business transformation projects.
Proven experience in managing crossfunctional projects with complex deliverables ideally in an operational or servicefocused environment.
Familiarity with operational readiness concepts systems and processes (e.g. OrdertoCash Service Delivery Customer Onboarding).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g. French German) are a plus.
Willingness to travel globally.
PMP Prince2 or other Project Management certifications are highly desirable.
