As a Tax Senior at Thompson Greenspon youll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:
- Preparing a diverse range of tax returns for clients including SCorps CCorps Partnerships and Individuals. Experience with Estates Trusts or NonProfit organizations is a plus
- Building and maintaining relationships with individual clients
- Identifying and advising on tax planning and consulting opportunities
- Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Taking ownership of specific client accounts acting as the incharge accountant.
- Supervising staff and reviewing their work
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and excellent service
- Proactively collaborating with team members on project progress and support needs
- Tackling complex accounting and tax issues with confidence
- Managing time effectively while ensuring quality and efficiency in client deliverables
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- 57 years of recent CPA firm experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
- A CPA license (or actively pursuing one)
- CCH ProSystems Tax Software experience
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a highvolume client environment
- A strong foundation in tax and accounting principles
- A desire to partner with a firm that supports your professional growth and success
