Job Description

The Wistar Institute has an opening for a highly motivated Associate Staff Scientist to join the laboratory of Dr. Joseph Salvino in the area of synthetic organic chemistry bioorganic chemistry and chemical biology focused on medicinal chemistry research projects in oncology inflammation and neuroscience therapeutic areas.
A PhD in synthetic organic chemistry and/or medicinal chemistry with a minimum of 5 years postdoctoral experience is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in methods development or total synthesis and extensive laboratory experience as demonstrated by peerreviewed publications.
