Brief Job Overview
The Digital & Innovation group at USP is seeking a technical program manager who can drive and deliver digital tech solutions. We are seeking someone who excels in program by coordinating and prioritizing deliverables across digital engineering teams.

In this role at USP you contribute to USPs public health mission of increasing equitable access to highquality safe medicine and improving global health through public standards and related programs. Core analytics capabilities include the ability to instrument critical metrics identify the landscape of the entire function determine opportunities for improvement work with Product to craft scalable solutions and monitor their performance.
Who is USP Looking For
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders along with the following competencies and experience:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g. Engineering Analytics or Data Science Computer Science Statistics) or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 812 years of technical program management experience building features & Services
- Manage large scale Programs including planning prioritization tracking and effective implementation
- Should be inclined to manage 2 or 3 team members.
- Conduct Readiness assessments spanning across people processes services and technology dependencies
- Be responsible for coming up with baselines gap analysis reviews revisions etc. towards robust planning and
- Identify and surface up Risks dependencies challenges and effective mitigations in a timely and effective manner
- Work crossfunctionally and collaborate across teams and geo locations towards successful of Program goals and objectives
- Provide timely reporting on critical metrics milestones and deliverables indicative of Program status
- Strong experience in designing program scope detailed features user stories and work closely with software engineering teams and business stake holders.
- Very crucial to have forward thinking and be highly capable of solving a problem with highly optimal solutions.
- Proven track record of going deep and delivering cloudscale technologies
- Experience driving purposeful meetings assigning action items and tasks and managing overall project tracking.
- Experience in driving data programs as well as software engineering programs with clear understanding of the overall business and landscape.
- Ability to influence for impact across a wide array of stakeholders and partners.
- Able to work with ambiguity.
- Great communications skills both verbal and written.
Additional Desired Preferences
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving technical projects to successful completion.
- Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example and display growth mindset.
- Industry standard certifications such as ITIL PMP etc. would be a plus
