We seek a dynamic Recruiter (Junior)who is passionate about highvolume recruiting and wants to deliver an outstanding candidate experience for our Dallas office in the Oaklawn area.

The Job:
- Compliance: All recruiting interactions MUST be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times.
- HighVolume: You will make consistent calls daily screening candidates and setting them up for interviews.
- Buyin: You will speak with hiring managers daily in person updating them on job requisitions and candidates.
- Offers: You will work with the HR team to create offers and make offers to candidates.

- Strong timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize requisitions according to requested needs.

Qualifications:- Junior level: 12 years of related recruiting experience in a highvolumeenvironment.
- Past applicant tracking system use is required. JazzHR knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Teams).
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Legal industry knowledge is a plus but not a must.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferredfor this role but not required.
Total Compensation Package:- Hourly offered at Junior recruiter level: $22$25 per hour depending on experience
