Aftersales Manager Luxury Automotive Brand
Location: West London
Salary: Competitive basic OTE 110000 Benefits
Are you an experienced Aftersales Manager General Manager or Dealer Principal looking to lead a highperforming team within a prestigious luxury automotive brand This is a unique opportunity to take charge of a stateoftheart Aftersales Department and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
As Aftersales Manager you will lead a dedicated team of professionals supported by a highly skilled management team. Reporting directly to the Centre Principal you will play a key role in driving customer loyalty aftersales performance and profitability while ensuring the highest levels of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the aftersales team to achieve performance and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop and implement strategic service plans to enhance customer experience and business success
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage the aftersales budget ensuring operational efficiency and profitability
- Foster a positive customerfocused culture that reflects the values of a worldclass luxury brand
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager General Manager or Dealer Principal in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing largescale operations
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives
- Excellent understanding of service operations budgeting and performance management
- A valid UK driving license
