Job Description
For one of our longterm multiyear projects we are looking for a Test Lead out of Madison WI.
Responsibilities & Skills:
Should have hands on automation frameworks define automation strategies lead and guide automation community.
Deft in handling large program and providing Automation solutions especially API testing(karate) and Selenium is mandatory.
Knowledge to PC guidewire is required
Experienced with Cloud testing(AWS); Develop and Run Automation scripts in Cloud environment.
Should have experience in different automation tools and frame works (mainly with selenium KarateAPI SOAPUI pro CA Dev test BDD Framework cloud testing Mavan Jenkins CI/CD pipeline implementation etc
Capable of adapting to new technology and framework.
Should able to lead automation effort and interact with number of other testing portfolios/leadership.
Provide thought leadership on Automation approach across the enterprise.
Good communication and leadership skills
Able to mentor and train the team members within the team
P&C Insurance experience is an added advantage
