RequiredKnowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience
5 years ofsoftware development background
5 years ofexperience with SDLC
2 years ofexperience with Agile Scrum
Proficiency withone or more of the following programming languages/frameworks: C# JavaPython .NET/Java frameworks
4 years of TestAutomation Development experience with open source and marketleading vendedsolutions creating functional regression or performance tests
Expert levelhands on experience with Selenium Web driver using Java
2 years hands onexperience with implementing Continuous Integration and build automation systemssuch as Jenkins etc.
2 years ofexperience in architecting implementing solutions/frameworks to effectivelytransition testing to the cloud.
understanding ofDatabase Management (Oracle SQL MySQL) SQL and Data Validation are essential
Experience withtesting Web Services
Strong AnalysisTroubleshooting and ProblemSolving Skills
Understanding ofPerformance Testing
knowledge withmobile automation tools
Handsonexperience with one or more of the following is expected: JAVA JAVASCRIPTSELENIUM TestNG Jasmine Protractor Appium SoapUI Cucumber Jenkins andGIT

Responsibilities
To Provideleadership around test techniques or methodologies to support complex orstrategic direction for creation of the automation frameworks
Provide guidelinesto the of automated test scripts and validation of requirements
Lead the designmodification development and implementation of test automation architectureand framework
Responsible forthe automation architecture and provides direction on automation techniques.Responsible for the research and implementation of the advanced features oftest automation in an agile/scrum environment
Define best practices in executingtest automation
Provide consultation on the mostcomplex testing strategies
Contribute and provide subjectmatter expertise to iterative test strategy
Provide subject matter expertiseon framework direction and output
research tool capabilities andintegrate with other technologies by coding interfaces new functions customobjects etc.
Understand and provide oversighton the test infrastructure
Create consult and maintain anenvironment where a TestDriven Development behavior is fostered
work with development leads toassess the best test approach per team to achieve ContinuousIntegration/Continuous Delivery pipeline
Consult and provide direction ontest environment issues; act as SME for external environment teamcommunications
Apply Testing Lifecycle Managementprinciples in the context of a product
Possess technical competency andtakes on leadership role to interact with application developers to ensuresoftware quality Job Qualifications.
