Design Studio Manager
Job Overview
Red Cedar is looking for a Design Studio Manager. This individual will play a pivotal role in defining creating and implementing the design studio processes within our organization. This position will oversee project management coordinate design activities and ensure consistency in design quality aligning with both business objectives and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and passion for design in the new home industry as well as excellent leadership & project management skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Proven experience in interior design and project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Ability to demonstrate personal credibility and trustworthiness
Ability to create new procedures and improve upon existing process
Continuously perform well in a high paced and everchanging environment
Ethical and honest
Bachelors degree in interior design or a related field is preferred
Schedule:
MondayFriday standard daytime hours; 8:30 am 5 pm
Job Type:
Fulltime position averaging 40 hours per week

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

Work Environment:
Officebased environment with a business casual dress code. Standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and filing cabinets are used in this role.
