Job Description
MidSenior Level OSHA & Employment Litigation Associate Los Angeles CA
Our client a highly regarded law firm is seeking a MidSenior Level OSHA & Employment Litigation Associate with at least 4 years of experience to join their Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator with experience defending employers in workplace safetyrelated enforcement actions brought by Cal/OSHA Federal OSHA or other state OSHA plans as well as employment litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Defend employers in workplace safetyrelated enforcement actions brought by Cal/OSHA Federal OSHA and other state OSHA plans
- Manage employment litigation cases including:
- Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
- Drafting and arguing motions and other legal briefs
- Taking and defending depositions
- Provide strategic advice to clients on OSHA compliance and workplace safety matters
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive legal support
- Handle multiple cases simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABAaccredited law school
- 4 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience defending OSHArelated enforcement actions is required
- Strong writing analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Selfstarter who thrives in both independent and teambased environments
- Active California Bar admission is required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $220000 $260000 (actual pay based on experience skills and internal equity)
